Reflexology applies focused pressure to specific points on the feet that are traditionally believed to correspond to different areas of the body. Sessions are deeply relaxing and may help relieve stress, ease tired feet, and support an overall sense of balance and well-being.
Pressure is light to medium and always adjusted to your comfort. Many clients enjoy it as a calming session on its own, especially after long days on their feet, travel, or a stressful week.
Rita completed Reflexology Practitioner training, Levels 1 and 2, in the Egyptian Method through Digits International Reflexology Institute.
Every session also includes a gentle touch of Reiki energy work to support relaxation and overall well-being.

Before your visit: new clients receive an intake form by email covering health history, injuries, surgeries, and goals. Please complete it before you arrive.
At the start: we review your intake form and talk about what is bringing you in and any areas of your feet to be mindful of.
During your session: you relax comfortably on the table while focused pressure is applied to reflex points on your feet. Pressure is adjusted to your comfort, and many clients drift into deep relaxation.
Afterward: give yourself a little time, continue your normal hydration, and notice how you feel over the rest of the day.

Reflexology is booked as its own session. Specialty services such as Reflexology, CranioSacral Therapy, and Reiki are booked separately because they may require different preparation or room setup.
