Focused, results driven massage for pain relief, injury recovery, and better mobility, from a practice led by a Licensed Massage Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant. It is our most booked treatment and the best place to start if you are not sure what to book.
Most Booked | Focused on results, not just relaxation
Pressure: Firm to Deep, always adjusted to your comfort
Sessions: 90 min $240 | 120 min $320
Therapists: Rita Torok, LMT and PTA, and Addy Berra, LMT
Therapeutic/Medical Massage targets the specific areas causing your pain, tension, or limited movement. Rather than following a set routine, every session is built around your goals, your health history, and how your body responds that day.
Depending on your needs, we combine trigger point release, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, scar tissue release, cupping, and assisted stretching. Because our practice is led by a Licensed Massage Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant, we look at the whole body and how it moves, not just the spot that hurts, since the source of pain is often somewhere else.
Every session also includes a gentle touch of Reiki energy work to support relaxation and overall well-being.

Before your visit: new clients receive an intake form by email covering health history, injuries, surgeries, and goals. Please complete it before you arrive.
At the start: we review your intake form and talk about what is bringing you in, what you would like to focus on, and any areas to avoid.
During your session: pressure, techniques, and focus areas are adjusted to your comfort. You are professionally draped throughout, and you can talk or simply relax quietly. You set the tone.
Afterward: give yourself a little time, move gently, and continue your normal hydration. Mild, temporary tenderness can occur after focused therapeutic work.
It should not be. Pressure is typically firm to deep, but it is always adjusted to your comfort, and deeper pressure is not automatically better. Let us know at any point if you would like lighter or firmer pressure.
A spa massage focuses mainly on relaxation and often follows a set routine. Our therapeutic approach combines the calming benefits of massage with an understanding of anatomy, movement, and rehabilitation principles, personalized to your goals and what your body needs that day.
With clearance from your surgeon, therapeutic massage can be a helpful part of recovery. Our rehabilitation background includes working with joint replacement patients, and each session is adjusted to your stage of recovery and comfort level. Please share your surgery date and any restrictions on your intake form.
No. We provide massage therapy and holistic wellness services, not physical therapy. Our rehabilitation background informs our approach, but it does not replace evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment from your physician or physical therapist.
It depends on your goals, activity level, and schedule. Many of our regular clients come about every two weeks, while others prefer every four weeks or as needed. See our full FAQs for more.
