Clinical Care with a Holistic Approach

Massage and Holistic Healing of Marco Island is led by Rita Torok, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant with more than 10 years of experience in hospitals, rehabilitation centers and orthopedic clinics. Every session is personalized to your goals, whether you are managing chronic pain, recovering from surgery or simply want to move and feel better. Our team also includes Addy Berra, LMT, who has advanced Upledger CranioSacral Therapy training.

If you are not sure, start with Therapeutic/Medical Massage. It is our most requested service and a great starting point for most clients. If your main goal is relaxation, Swedish Massage may be a better fit. For a blend of therapeutic bodywork, relaxation, and holistic wellness support, consider our signature Harmony Integrated Massage.

Our massage sessions are 90 or 120 minutes, which allows time for thoughtful, personalized care without rushing. CranioSacral Therapy is available in 60 or 90 minutes, Reflexology and Reiki in 60 minutes, and Reiki with Chakra Balancing in 90 minutes.

Yes. We accept HSA and FSA cards when the appointment is eligible under your individual plan. Some plans may require a letter of medical necessity from your doctor, so please check with your plan administrator if you are unsure.
