Addy brings advanced training to every session. Through the Upledger Institute, she has completed CST 1, CST 2, SomatoEmotional Release 1, and SomatoEmotional Release 2, the full core sequence of CranioSacral Therapy education. She is also trained in deep tissue massage and has extensive training in energy work, including Qigong, Chinese Energetic Medicine, and Seitai, gently blending techniques from these traditions into her treatments.

Addy works with clients dealing with muscle tension, chronic pain, limited mobility, and stress. Every session begins with listening. She looks at the whole body rather than only the area of discomfort, then tailors your treatment to what you need that day.

Her approach is also shaped by her Mexican heritage and years of study in traditional healing practices. Clients can expect a calm, attentive therapist who combines solid anatomical knowledge with warmth and intuition.

Addy sees clients on Thursdays at our Marco Island studio and welcomes clients from Marco Island, Isles of Capri, Goodland, Naples, and surrounding Collier County communities.
