Online booking and intake forms are handled by our scheduling provider, Noterro, on its own secure platform. When you book, your card is securely kept on file but is not charged. Payment is processed through Square after your session. Information you enter on these platforms, including your health history and payment details, is collected and stored by those providers under their own privacy policies and security practices. We access it only to schedule your appointments, process your payments, and provide safe, appropriate care.
We treat the health information you share with us as confidential and use it only to plan and provide your treatment.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.
