Harmony Integrated Massage blends therapeutic massage techniques with relaxation, restorative techniques, and gentle energy work. Rather than choosing between focused bodywork and deep relaxation, you get both in one session, personalized to what your body needs that day.
Depending on your needs, your session may combine therapeutic and deep tissue techniques, gentle CranioSacral Therapy, and Reiki energy work. It is where all of our clinical and holistic training comes together, which is why it is our signature treatment.

Before your visit: new clients receive an intake form by email covering health history, injuries, surgeries, and goals. Please complete it before you arrive.
At the start: we review your intake form and talk about what is bringing you in, what you would like to focus on, and any areas to avoid.
During your session: pressure, techniques, and focus areas are adjusted to your comfort. You are professionally draped throughout, and you can talk or simply relax quietly. You set the tone.
Afterward: give yourself a little time, move gently, and continue your normal hydration. Mild, temporary tenderness can occur after focused therapeutic work.
Therapeutic/Medical Massage places greater emphasis on muscular tension, mobility, focused bodywork, and stretching. Harmony Integrated Massage takes a more blended, whole body approach, combining therapeutic bodywork with relaxation, restorative techniques, and holistic wellness support. Both are personalized to your goals and comfort level.

No. You do not need to follow any particular spiritual or religious belief. The energy work is gentle and supportive, and many clients simply enjoy the deeper sense of relaxation.
