Rita’s career in healthcare began in hospitals, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation centers, and orthopedic surgeon owned clinics, where she treated patients recovering from hip, knee, and shoulder replacements and soft tissue injuries such as rotator cuff problems and neck stiffness. This background gave her a deep understanding of the human body and musculoskeletal health.

Today, Rita works with clients experiencing chronic pain, back pain, neck and shoulder pain, sciatica, tension headaches, muscle tightness, and limited mobility. She starts by listening, then looks at the whole body rather than only the area of pain, because the source of discomfort is often somewhere else. Each treatment is customized to your needs.

Rita’s signature treatment is Harmony Integrated Massage, where all of her clinical and holistic knowledge comes together in one session. It blends therapeutic bodywork with relaxation, restorative techniques, and holistic wellness support, personalized to what your body needs that day.

Rita believes in the connection between mind and body, and brings compassion and a holistic approach to every session. She is also trained in CranioSacral Therapy (CST) through the Upledger Institute, a Reiki Master Practitioner, and an IAHP Medical Ion Member, with energy work training in Europe and South America.

She welcomes clients from Marco Island, Isles of Capri, Goodland, Naples, and surrounding Collier County communities. Outside the treatment room, Rita enjoys quality time with her husband, daughters, and their beloved dogs.
