Thank you for choosing Massage and Holistic Healing of Marco Island. To provide the best care for every client, we ask that you review the following policies before your appointment.
A credit card is required to book an appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Discover, American Express, MasterCard, and FSA and HSA cards. New clients are asked to complete an intake form before their first visit.
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, and missed appointments, will be charged 100% of the service fee. Cancellations due to emergency, illness, or severe weather are reviewed case by case.
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to complete any paperwork and discuss your goals with your therapist. If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time and the full service fee will apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be treated as a missed appointment. Please call us if you are running late so we can do our best to help. If we are ever running late, we will make up the time or adjust your fee.
Please let us know about any medical conditions, recent surgeries, injuries, medications, or pregnancy before your session. This helps us provide safe, effective treatment. For some conditions, or after recent surgery, we may ask for clearance from your physician before treatment.
For the safety of our clients and staff, all clients are asked to present a valid government issued photo ID at their appointment. Appointments may be cancelled if a valid ID cannot be provided, and our cancellation policy will apply.
Massage therapy at our practice is provided for therapeutic and wellness purposes only. Any sexual comment, gesture, or request will end the session immediately, the full service fee will be charged, and future services will be refused. We may report such behavior to local authorities. We treat every client with respect and ask for the same in return.
